Mr Crocodile – dental offer for schools and preschools
One of the primary assumptions of Mr Crocodile Clinic is promoting and introducing new standards of Little and Big Patients' attitudes towards dentistry.
That is why there is an attractive offer of Workshops concerning oral cavity hygiene available in Our Clinic, in the course of which we promote unstressed dental visits and conduct lectures in the scope of prophylactics.
OFFER
We offer you fluoridisation on the territory of Preschools/Schools, plus lessons in oral cavity hygiene and a gratis inspection of teeth of all participants of the lessons.
THE PROGRAMME INCLUDES
Thematic introduction to lessons:
Talking about teeth. How many teeth does a human have?
What groups of teeth do we identify? Which groups serve what? (Presentation of visual charts)
What are teeth for? Why do teeth get sick? (the role of the diet, hygiene, control visits)
Getting to know the Dentist’s work = conscious participation in prophylactic and treatment procedures.
Getting participants familiar with the equipment in the Clinic. (photos + description)
Demonstration of some of the tools, medicaments and materials used in the Clinic.
Instructions of oral cavity hygiene on a plastic model.
Discussing the role of fluoride prophylactics in avoiding caries.
Inspection of each participant’s oral cavity.

Fluoridisation is a payable procedure conducted with a high-class preparation of organic origin. In 2004 we examined children in 16 preschools. The results clearly show a great need for prophylactic education. The procedures proposed by us constituted an important element of building pro-health awareness and give a real chance of safeguarding teeth against caries.
The campaign will be conducted on two previously arranged dates. In justified cases, there is a possibility of taking part in the procedure individually, that way each willing person can participate in fluoridisation. Small gifts for all are planned.
